Cocktail Making 101: How to pour, stir, and shake.

1 two-and-a-half hour private online session to be scheduled in 2021.

Class will cover:

  • making syrups and how to use them

  • juicing citrus and how to use it

  • proper pouring and use of a jigger

  • creating balanced cocktails

  • how and why to properly stir cocktails

  • how and why to properly shake cocktails

Session is $250 for an individual (or zoom screen), +$50 for each additional person or screen (think whole family or group distanced zoom activity).

After the class you will receive:

  • a recording of each class

  • recipes from the class

  • my personal standard recipe sheet for many well-known classic and contemporary cocktails

“Students” will need to have their own materials. I will gladly answer any and all question about specific materials before you purchase. Although it is a bit of an investment upfront, these materials can be used for years to come. Except the booze of course. You’re lucky if that lasts a week these days…
